Donald M. Hudgins DONALD M. HUDGINS was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 1941. He attended Louisiana State University and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from South Texas College of Law in 1967.

Mr. Hudgins has practiced civil litigation since 1967. He is a founding member of the Firm. Mr. Hudgins is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a Personal Injury Trial Law Specialist. Mr. Hudgins has successfully handled numerous complex high-profile multi-million-dollar cases at both the trial and appellate level. He has tried in excess of 150 civil cases to a verdict. He is also a Certified Mediator.

Mr. Hudgins is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, Lawyer Pilots Bar Association, and the College of the State Bar of Texas.

Mr. Hudgins is a lifetime member of the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo and a lifetime member of the Show’s Calf Scramble Committee. He remains active in his support of numerous other local charities.
